Wonton Smashed Tacos
A seasoned pork mixture gets smashed thin onto flour tortillas and seared flat-top style until the pork side is deep golden-brown and the tortilla side goes crispy. Dunked in sweet Thai chili sauce, loaded with a quick cabbage slaw, and finished with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Ridiculously good.
